About Stillen.com Payment Method?
Stillen.com offers two main payment methods. The first is Shop Pay, which allows customers to split their purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments. This option has 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score. The first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks.
The second payment method is through Affirm financing. Customers can split their purchase into 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments with rates from 10-30% APR. Certain customers may qualify for 0% APR. This method requires some basic information for instant approval. If a purchase is made through Affirm, a 'hard' credit check is performed when the first order is processed by the merchant. This may have a minor impact on your credit score. For future purchases with Affirm, they won't need to check your credit again. Affirm financing is available on phone orders only.
Please note that the installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards. If a refund is made on a purchase through Installments with Shop Pay, the refund amount is adjusted according to the remaining balance on your Shop Pay Installments. If the refund amount is less than the amount remaining, you can expect a smaller payment balance on the final payment or less future payments on the remaining loan balance. If the refund amount is more than the amount remaining, the difference is refunded to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
Stillen.com Return Policy?
Stillen.com has a detailed Return Policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to process any return. This RMA can be obtained by contacting them at returns@stillen.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product, and only if an RMA number has been issued. A 15% restocking fee may be charged at their discretion. Products eligible for return include those in new, resalable condition in the original packaging that have not been assembled, disassembled, installed, or modified in any way. Products damaged in shipment are also eligible for return. Certain products are not eligible for return, including non-defective used, modified, disassembled, or installed parts, items marked "Non-Returnable", chips/tuners, wheels that have had tires mounted on them, painted parts, international orders, and all freight (truck) shipment items.
As for the Shipping Policy, orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS ground service unless specified otherwise. The delivery time for in-stock goods from California to points on the east coast is usually 7-10 working days, and within California and surrounding states, it is usually less than 4 days. Shipping and handling will be added to each order. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, the customer is still responsible for all charges. All packages are shipped with the notation “Adult Signature Required”. It is recommended to use a carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance when shipping an item back to them. They are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of a Stillen employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to incur all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment. If a return has not been processed within 3 weeks, it is advised to contact them at returns@stillen.com. During COVID-19, returns are taking longer than 3 weeks.
